Camping themed engagement session!

Every once in awhile you get a couple that is totally different from the rest. They want something different for their session and as a photographer it's so exciting!

Heather & Ryan won an engagement session from me from the After Hours Bridal Show I atteneded back in November at Music Hall.

So when Heather told me that they wanted a camping themed session my brain started working! I was doing a few other sessions the same day as their engagement session and decided upon Mt. Airy forest. I knew that if they were up for a little adventure we could find the perfect place for their photos.

And the little hike through some mud and weeds (that I wasn't entirely sure if it was poison ivy or not) turned out to be the most beautiful location for their session.
